Mount Liding is a suburban mountain with a low height, close to the Pingtung Plain. During your hiking, but you can sometimes overlook the entire Pingtung Plain. If the weather is good, you can even overlook the city of Kaohsiung.
Because it is a quite popular hike, people have built many "Mountain Pavilions" at the top of the mountain. You will be able to talk to local hikers, and share something to drink and eat.
Be careful, many routes have been opened up to LiDingShan. Stay on the path described here if you don't want to loose yourself!

Access and parking
Coming south from County Highway 185, turn right at the entrance of Jiayi Village. Turn right again and follow the river on your right until the end of the road.
Parking :
Park your car where you can along the river because there is not such space to park at the end of the road.
